Slow-roasted tomatoes have been our core business for over 25 years. Pioneer in the field and recognized, Sud & Sol is proud to perpetuate its expertise, with an ongoing concern to improve the quality and flavour of its products.

Our focus starts at the beginning, within the plantations, with the selection of the best tomato varieties, as well as a suitable cultivation and harvesting method. Our knowledge in roasting the tomato is a well-kept secret, which allows us to offer a vibrant color, a firm and melting texture, and unrivalled flavours.

Following a strict process, from field to fork, we control all stages that allows the tomato to shine in every way!

The tomato from field to fork

Step 1 : Grafting and growing in a greenhouse

Our tomatoes are cultivated at the best time due to a careful grafting and a greenhouse growth that guarantees them an ideal environment for development. Each stage of growth is designed to preserve their quality and unique taste.

Step 2 : Harvesting and careful selection

When they reach perfect maturity, our tomatoes are harvested with care. A rigorous selection is made to preserve only the fruits that meet Sud & Sol’s quality requirements.

Step 3 : Raw material reception and control

When tomatoes arrive in our factory, they undergo a strict quality control. Each batch is carefully inspected to ensure a perfect product for the next stage.

Step 4 : Drying expertise since 1997

We produce our tomatoes after a long drying process at a low temperature. This method preserves the quality and texture, while concentrating on taste and therefore guaranteeing a product that meets our customers' expectations.
